These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of einsteinpavers.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Einstein Pavers & Artificial Grass ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or engaging us for installation services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Site use
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate quote requests. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with security features, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content.
2. Quote requests and estimates
Information submitted through our quote form does not create a contract. Estimates are non-binding until both parties sign a written contract. On-site quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated.
3. Installation contracts
All installation work is governed by a separate signed contract that includes scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, change-order policy, and warranty terms. Where the contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract controls.
4. Licensing
Einstein Pavers & Artificial Grass operates as a licensed contractor in California. License information will be provided in any signed contract and on request.
5. Warranty
We warrant our hardscape installations against defects in workmanship for ten (10) years from substantial completion, and our artificial turf installations for eight (8) years. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the homeowner. Warranty exclusions, transfer terms, and claim procedures are detailed in the project contract.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, photographs of completed work — is owned by Einstein Pavers & Artificial Grass or used with permission and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information on the Site (including blog posts, cost ranges, and product descriptions) is general guidance, not project-specific advice. Costs and timelines vary by site conditions, materials, and scope.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site (excluding signed installation contracts, which carry their own terms) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Einstein Pavers & Artificial Grass and its employees from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
